Mary Durham has been interested in real estate over 40 years. She has sold in Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri. She has also worked in Corporate America for many years prior to joining the Betty Simmons Team. She loves buying, rehabbing and leasing properties. She is a wealth of knowledge that she loves to share with her buyers and sellers. She currently serves and the Vice President for Landlords of Johnson County.
Melani Pena has been involved in real estate for 3 years and has served as the Chief Organizing Officer and has assisted brokers in all faucets of daily business. She is licensed in Kansas and has hit the ground running helping the Betty Simmons Team. Melani loves meeting new people and is focused on working with buyers, sellers and investors.
